Dear Chapman Woods Resident:
It’s that time again! Membership dues of $80 per household for 2025-2026 are payable by March 1, 2025.
Dues are collected once every two years to coincide with the bi-annual publication of the Residential Directory.
Although we list all residents name/address are listed in the directory if we receive it, only dues-
paying members of the Association will receive a copy of the directory.
Your dues help support our community in many ways:
- Publication of the Chapman Woods Call and Residential Directory
- Coordination of safety and zoning matters with the Sheriff, schools, and public officials
- Beautification and clean-up of the neighborhood
- Planning & publication of social events (Easter, Summer, Halloween and Holiday Parties, etc.) AND discounted entry fee.
- Maintenance of the website (www.chapmanwoods.net) and board expense
