The Basic Permaculture Design Course is purposely designed to unleash in participants their innate capacity to impact and ultimately design the systems governing their life. It is an exciting journey. It starts with discovering the language of nature and how it expresses the design of natural systems. From that, the participants are to utilize those discoveries in crafting designs for landscape, management plans, modules or even lifestyle changes that are in harmony with nature, resulting to beautiful and resilient projects.

COURSE OBJECTIVES:
• To provide an in-depth introduction to the Permaculture design framework
• To initiate a reconnection with nature
• To craft meaningful and ecologically-sound designs that are; and beautiful; and resilient
• To facilitate the contextualization of Permaculture in local applications as initiated by the participants

DAY 1: State of the Environment and What is Permaculture?
DAY 2: Basic Components of the Natural World & Permaculture Principles
DAY 3: Permaculture as a Design System
DAY 4: Permaculture Design & Meaningful Interactions

Registration fee of P14,000 for the Basic PDC course includes:
- STEP Book No. 3 GENERATING ABUNDANCE: An Ecosystem Based Approach.
- 6 nights accommodation at Cabiokid Permaculture Farm
- Meals and meryendas where most of the ingredients are local and organic from the Cabiokid Permaculture Farm and neighboring community.
