If you are interested in collaborating with a choreographer and/or dancers on a work please send the items listed below by October 1st, 2019. This form is for people applying who may or may not have choreographic experience, but are interested in creating other artistic mediums to go along with dance.

Proposed collaborations can include, but is not limited to, sound scores, visual art, interactive art, writing/script, etc.  Incomplete applications will not be reviewed. Questions can be sent to cayley@urbanitydance.org
