The officers and directors represent the voice of the chapter’s membership.  To ensure that the Board has the vision and the ability to provide the membership with a variety of benefits including opportunities for learning, building relationships, and growing their businesses, it is required that the board collectively possess the following traits:

Time Commitment:
Regular attendance at monthly meetings, chapter activities and functions is strongly encouraged. Attendance at monthly board meetings and half-yearly retreats is mandatory.

Open Board Positions:
OOP: Director of Leadership Development
Membership: Vice President of Membership, Director of Membership 
Communications: Vice President of Communications, Director of Communications
Finance: Vice President of Finance, Director of Sponsorship, Director of In-Kind Partnerships, Director of Venue Procurement, Director of Special Events
Education: Vice President of Education, Director of Education Program Logistics

With this in mind, please answer the following questions, which illustrate your ideas for the future growth, direction, and development of the MPI PHL Chapter.  Applications for the 2025 Board of Directors are due by May 16, 2024.
