The Southern relays take place at Crystal Palace on 22nd September. We intend to enter competitive teams in both the men's and ladies races. The distances required are:

Senior Women 4 x 4.5km
Vet Women 4 x 4.5km
Vet Men 4 x 6km
Senior Men 6 x 6km
