Meal Questionnaire:
Hello Everyone- We will be serving meals during the current school shut down.  This questionnaire will aid us in preparing those meals. This is for Monday and Tuesday, November 23 & 24 and Monday- Friday, November 30 - December 4.

All meals are free and will include a breakfast and a hot lunch. The meals are available to anyone in your household age 18 and younger. Meals will be picked up in front circle, 11:30 am - 12:30 pm. The student does not need to be present for meal pick up and does not have to be a Big Foot High School student.

This is open to all students newly virtual or those that have been virtual since school has started. If you are doing virtual school and would like to continue meals after school is back in session, or decide to start at a later date, please don't hesitate to contact me. You can start at any time.
