As we plan for the return to school in the fall, it is important that each family with a student at MCSD Schools inform us of which option they are choosing for their child. Prior to completing this form, please review the Framework for School Reopening. If you are choosing at-home learning, you may change to in-school learning at the end of the first marking period if space allows. If you are choosing in-school learning, you can change to at-home learning at any time. If there is a significant rise in COVID-19 cases, we may be required to close school at some point during the 2020-2021 school year. If this occurs, all students will participate in remote instruction.

Please note, students must follow the same learning plan regardless of the custodial parent with which they are residing. We ask that parents/guardians discuss what is best for their child prior to making a submission.
