Smell, Taste, and Your Brain at the Kenilworth Public Library
Imagine your favorite food.  Or the fondest smell from your childhood.  Are you hungry?  Smiling?  We may not realize it but our chemical senses, taste and smell, are very important to how we experience the world.  Please join us for a free online program on Thursday September 2nd at 6pm where we will be discussing how our brains transform tastes in our mouths and odors in our noses into pleasant, and sometimes not so enjoyable, perception of the environment.  We will also discuss smell and taste dysfunction seen in COVID-19 infection and how COVID-sniffing dogs have been tapped to aid in identifying positive samples.  There will be time at the end for any of your brain-related questions!

You will receive a Zoom link upon completing this form.
