What grade are your students? *
JA BizTown works best with 65-120 students.  How many students  do you plan on bringing?  (if smaller than 60, we will work to pair you up with another school - if larger we will break your group up into two visits) *
Teacher training:  Teachers are required to attend an in-person training at JA BizTown.  Please list any preference for day of week/time that can help us get started to schedule that for you.  At least one teacher must attend, but it is recommended that as many participate as possible. *

Scheduling details:  Please note any days (early outs, no school, state required testing, etc.) that will NOT work in the months you requested.   *
Timing:  JA BizTown visits are typically 4 hours - what time range will work best for your schedule?  We will confirm at teacher training or once you have made transportation plans. *
Volunteers:  We need 15+ adults to help JA BizTown citizens the day of their visit.  If you have people from your school community participate, they will need to arrive to JA BizTown an hour ahead of the bus to get training and be ready to support the visit.  JA will source community volunteers if the school community doesn't have the capacity to bring volunteers.   Are you interested in recruiting volunteers to support your visit?   *
The majority of our costs are underwritten by our wonderful program partners, there is a fee of $16.student to participate.  If you would like to discuss any discounts your school may qualify for, please indicate that below and JA staff will reach out.

Payment: We invoice trips based on the number of student materials provided at training.  If materials are returned, we will adjust the invoice the date of the trip and send an invoice within a week of the visit.  Where do we send the invoice? (name/email/title)
