Black Political Cultivation Arizona (BPCAZ) is a Black, queer, neurodivergent, femme and nonbinary-led 501(c)(4) non-profit organization. We are flexing our creativity and passion in electoral, organizing, and public policy work to dismantle the systems that categorize our vibrant identities as targets and keep our people poor and caged. We are fighting to transform the quality of life for people of all marginalized identities and backgrounds in our community. Our organization is based in Phoenix, Arizona and is focused on winning transformational policy change at the City of Phoenix, Maricopa County, and state of Arizona levels. Check our website to see more information about our organization: bpcaz.org

- Values-aligned with BPCAZ's vision of the future for our people (please be sure to review our website and social media).
- Self-provided personal computer access, steady internet access, and reliably quiet place to work remotely and participate in virtual meetings (BPCAZ team members work from home, but may head to public locations and community events on a regular basis).
