Thank you for engaging in our initial request for input on the Student Success Act. The District is sharing the themes, strengths, and challenges identified after a comprehensive review of all stakeholder input and focus group data.  

The intent of this survey is to collect additional feedback on the proposed outcomes, strategies and activities to guide the application for student investment account funding. ** Please Note: The list of activities shared in this survey are the ideas generated from all of our stakeholders. Not all of them can or will be supported by this funding.

This additional Stakeholder input will be used to guide the application proposal made to the North Santiam School District School Board. Input will be collected through the end of February.
