Half & Whole Hog Order Form
$6.50 per pound + Butcher fees.

Average hog weight is 250-300 lbs., average half hog is 125-150 lbs. Average butcher fees very, depending on how much processing between fresh/smoked meats and items requiring more processing like bratwurst. 

Processing will be complete within 3-6 weeks and we will call you when it is ready and schedule a pick up time. Pick up is available at the store.

A $100 dollar non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your pork. Once we receive your form we will send an invoice to confirm your order and reserve your pork.

Prior to the butcher date we will send out a cut sheet that we will need returned so that the processor knows how you would like your pork to be processed. 

Some processing and cut options: Roasts, Boston Butt Roast, Ground Pork, Cottage Bacon, Pork Steaks, Bacon, Jowl Bacon, Pork Steaks, Loin Roast, Pork Chops, Fresh Side Pork, Breakfast Sausage, Sausage Links, Cube Steaks or Cutlets, Smoked Ham or Fresh Ham, Lard, Bratwurst (there are flavor options), Bones, Head, Organ Meats, Smoked Ham Hocks.
