Vision
The Library for the Kind promotes children’s books that celebrate diversity, inclusion, gender equality, LGBTQ+ and kindness through books and resources.  We host a yearly fundraiser where we raises money for schools and organizations in need.  In 2023 we raised money for the Lavelle School for the Blind. 

We Value:
Advocacy: Supporting children and families struggling with mental health, parent incarceration and abuse.
Empathy and Open-mindedness:  Understanding that not all families have the same opportunities and privileges.
