We expect you to work one day of the conference in exchange for a ticket, as well as an invite to our EXCLUSIVE speaker / organizer dinner before the show. You're welcome to help on more than one day.
We expect you to follow the
Anti-Harassment policy / Code of Conduct, and for you to notify an organizer of any violations of which you've been made aware.
We expect you to help address issues as they come up, be available where needed, and to help make sure that DevOpsDays KC is the best event it can possibly be.
An overview of the type of help we need:
- Registering attendees/staffing our "Help Desk" table
- Helping workshop setup (laptops, chairs, presentation tools, etc)
- Setting up rooms for OpenSpaces (chairs, tables, etc.)
- Helping attendees navigate the venue
- Helping attendees who require any assistance (wheelchair or other)
- Other random tasks as the chaos of the day(s) unfolds
