Parent-School Agreement


1.          In order to secure your child’s enrollment in summer camp, you must: 

(a.) Complete this form in its entirety

(b.) Prepay the full camp amount 

2.          Summer camp payments should be made payable to THE LEARNING TREE. 

Payments should be dropped off by the school or submitted via Brightwheel (active Learning Tree families only). Notify Kellie should you prefer to utilize Brightwheel. All camps must be prepaid. 

3.          Summer camp sessions will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. In order to secure your child’s space, promptness in completing this form and the camp payment is essential. This camp is intended for students age 3 and above. All students must be independent in the potty. Our camp will accommodate students ranging from 3 years to 8 years.   

4.          All camps will be in session Monday-Thursday of each week from 8:30 to 12:00. 

You may begin dropping your child off at 8:25 each morning and please have them picked up no later than 12:05 each afternoon. Students will be offered breakfast (8:25-9:00am) and lunch (11:15am) while in attendance. A separate nutrition form will need to be completed before camps begin. 

5.          The health of your child and all the other children at the school is very important to us. You are asked to keep your child at home when he/she has any signs of illness (fever, cold, sore throat, etc.).  Parents will be called and asked to pick up their child if they become ill during the day. In case of a medical emergency, every effort will be made to reach parents. Emergency medical treatment will be sought only in cases of extreme medical emergency when all efforts to reach parents have failed. 

6.          During summer camps, parents will walk their child to the door for morning drop off, and retrieve them at the door once camp concludes.

Camp Selections
For each theme, we will offer four days packed with engaging activities for your little ones. This includes stories, crafts, games, and more!
Select the camps in which you'll be signing up for.
Camps are $100 each, or $450 if attending all five.

Sibling discounts are available if they attend 2 or more camps. First student pays full amount, then each additional sibling receives $10 off per camp.
