Emotional Well-being and Coping During COVID
Please register to receive the zoom link for this workshop.

Workshop Leader: Deirdre Rainer, Ph.D.

These are unprecedented times and we all need to work extra hard to manage our emotions well. Naturally, we feel anxiety, and maybe even waves of panic, particularly when seeing news headlines.

While anxiety might help you stay safe and slow the spread of the virus (which is a good thing), too much anxiety can make you feel overly fearful and even irritated with others behaviors. This group give you an opportunity to share with others and bond together from a physical distance. Join us on zoom to talk to others about loss and fear, learn tools to prevent panic contagion, learn techniques to stay calm, and seize opportunities to share lightness and humor.

This is a drop-in group for any student feeling the need to connect with others.
