PLEASE READ ALL OF THIS BEFORE ANSWERING. THANK YOU!  I authorize Stoller Parent Coaching, Sheryl Stoller, to enroll me in the Aligned Parents program. By enrolling, I AM COMMITTING to harnessing the power of this program, which is being led by Sheryl Stoller https://www.stollerparentcoaching.org  By agreeing to enroll in this program, I am committing to attending and participating in the full program. This includes 13 private couple-coaching sessions with Sheryl Stoller where 3 or 4 of them occur before the 7 group sessions, and the remainder weekly private couple coaching follow immediately after the 7 group sessions, to which I also fully commit.  (Times are tbd after everyone has shared their available times in the question further down.) I am also committing to maintaining the confidentiality of the group. All of this will combine to enhance the well being I experience and pass through to my children and family, short term and long. *

Please share, for each of your children, their age, grade/preschool, top two strengths, and top two challenges that drain and destabilize both you and that child, and destabilize the alignment between you and your parenting partner. *
During the 7 group sessions, which group will you be in? *
What are all of the times (as many as you can guess), Monday through Thursday, day times and night times, when both you and your parenting partner would most likely be available over the summer for the private couple coaching? Please include your TIME ZONE. *

I am pausing my work on this application to pay  the SLIDING SCALE PAYMENT PLAN amount agreed to with Sheryl Stoller - or to be sure my parenting partner has paid that amount. I will be indicating below that I or my co-parent has finished paying Sheryl Stoller directly with a check (preferred) made out to Stoller Parent Coaching and mailed to 827 Forest Ave., Oak Park, IL  60302 that she has received it, or through the following web-address: https://www.stollerparentcoaching.org/product/parent-coaching-session/                                                                                                                                                                   where I or my parenting partner has paid for what is titled "Parent Coaching Session", and having written in and paid the agreed upon amount *
