30th Anniversary of Hookahville: Volunteer Application

To apply to volunteer at Hookahville 58 May 30 - June 1 at Legend Valley in Thornville, OH please fill out the below form. Please double-check the email and phone number you entered so we can contact you.

All volunteers are required to pay a refundable $120 deposit. As long as you complete your shifts the deposit will be refunded to you!

Volunteers are expected to be on-site by Thursday, May 30 at 9:00am. Each volunteer will be asked to work shifts during the event and help with clean-up on Sunday morning.
