District 11 - Smoking Competition
This form will be used for Brothers of Florida's Elite 11th Masonic District to sign up for the Smoking Meat Cook Off at the District Picnic on May 18th at the Putnam County Shrine Club.

Important Information for Cook Off:
  • The competition meats will be spare ribs and chicken thighs. NOTE:  Cook/bring different meats, if desired.
  • You can cook at the Shrine Club - bring your own smoker!
  • You will be reimbursed up to $50 for the competition meat. NOTE: The meat cooked will be used to feed the attendees at the picnic event.
  • Sign-up DEADLINE to compete is 5/4/24.
  • There will be 3 judges for winner - each provided 3 votes, chef with most votes wins.
