Event Registration
Johnson Recreation Center is offering its second Youth Golf Clinic for kids of ages 6-12. This event is free of charge and is open to the community. The event will cover golf basics and conclude with a mini-challenge and a chance to win a prize. Equipment will be provided for this event. 

A separate form MUST be completed for each enrollee. The registration deadline for this event is December 1, 2022.

I expressly assume all of the risks of use and/or participation in the use of the Facilities. Additionally, I understand that I will be required to sign an additional Release and Indemnity Agreement on site, prior to the start of the event.
