HOME field game Cancellation and Reschedule instructions:
It is important to read details below before submitting a
game reschedule request.
Please be sure follow BAYS policies on rescheduling to avoid
risking a forfeit:

your specific Division Directors email on your Team Section page in BAYS

Coaches must email the Division Director prior to game day with rationale why
the game can’t be played.
All
cancellation/reschedule requests must be submitted no later than Midnight WEDNESDAY the
week of the game.
The request will need to be approved by WSC and the BAYS
Division Director prior to 7pm Thursday before the scheduled match can be canceled.
If you think you might need to move a match, do not wait and miss the deadline
as there are BAYS guidelines we all must follow.
A reschedule request form must be submitted for any game
schedule change request, even if you know the game will not be played or you
don't have dates yet.
Please enter 12/25/2023 at 1:00 AM if you are still
unsure of the time.
Do not miss the Wednesday deadline to cancel.
This information will be routed to the Field Coordinators
so they confirm or help secure field space ASAP.
--It is the Coaches responsibility to contact
the opposing coach and discuss options prior to reschedule form submission.
Leave notes in "additional info" section of the request if needed.
--Available times will vary based on the format
your team is playing and space available. Check the SignupGenius Game

--Use SPRING 2024 practice SignupGenius for help
finding field options during the week.
--The FULL regulation field must be available
for 1hr and 30min for a BAYS scheduled match to occur.
--If on grass, be aware of the “Civil Twilight”
time for natural sunlight is just bright enough to safely play soccer outside.
BAYS Policies: Failure to play a match or play a rescheduled
match will result in a forfeit and both teams pay a fine to BAYS plus the
