My Mentors Circle is a leadership platform that provides supportive connections in the form of mentorship and positive community to help advance the career, business and professional ambitions for Black women. Our objective is to make mentorship available and accessible to new or aspiring Black women entrepreneurs who are committed and serious about growing their business with the help of experienced business leaders.

Here's what we look for in our mentees:

- Women who identify as Black, African or Caribbean descent
- A leader in her field or desire to be.
- An early stage business owner, 0-3 years of operation

- Full time employee, at least 10 years of work experience
- A dedication to continuously learning, improving and developing through focused professional development.
- A positive attitude, coachable and willingness to receive feedback.
- And most importantly a commitment to showing up regularly for scheduled appointments, contributing, and actively participating in Mentors Circle programming.
