Please complete the information below if you wish to volunteer for the 11th Annual "E-Racing the Stigma 5K". Opportunities are available on Friday, March 1, and Saturday, March 2 in New Castle.  

IMPORTANT:  YOU CAN ALSO SIGN UP OTHER INDIVIDUALS BUT YOU MUST COMPLETE A SEPARATE FORM FOR EACH PERSON VOLUNTEERING.

Please review the Volunteer Position Description document before signing up.  It will provide more information on the different volunteer positions for both Friday and Saturday.

VOLUNTEER OPTIONS
Listed below are the shifts available for volunteers.  
Volunteers can work more than one shift.  Choose Yes under each volunteer shift you wish to work.
Volunteer - Friday, Mar 1, 4:00-7:00 pm *
Volunteer - Saturday March 2 - 6:15-9:00 am *
Volunteer - Saturday, Mar 2, 7:30 - 10:30 am  (note - you cannot do the walk/run if you work this shift AND you must be 18 years of age) *
Volunteer - Saturday, Mar 2, 10:15 am - 12:15 pm *
