Spring 2023 ALL Registration Form
The Academy for Lifelong Learning will present the Spring Term 2023 classes via Zoom Meetings. We are working on plans for Fall Term--please help by completing the survey section of this registration form.

Although preregistration is not required to attend classes, it really does help us if you do register for the classes that you expect to attend.

Each Zoom class requires different Zoom credentials.  These are provided to members in the ALL Weekly Email for the next week's classes.

After you submit this form, a copy of your responses will be emailed to you.

ALL Classes: In-Person, Online, Hybrid?
Please help ALL by answering all of the questions.  ALL was only meeting in-person before COVID.  ALL then changed to Zoom.  Where should ALL go from here?  Please respond with your own feelings, not what you think others may think.

Class Registration Responses
You do not need to answer "No" if you do not expect to attend a class.  Use "No" to remove an erroneously entered "Yes".  This is just a Google Forms idiosyncrasy.
