This form is designed to collect all information for St Mary’s Sporting Club to provide our
Netball section of your intention to play Friday/Tuesday Netball for Winter 2024.

This form is only for u/11. If you have multiple children, please submit a new form for each
child wanting to play u/13 & u/15 Friday night, u/17 Tuesday night or Saturday u/13,15,17
Div 1 &; 2 teams

Your daughter is not required to attend any trials.

Dates of uniform sales will be publicised on our Facebook page (SMSC Junior Netball) for
selected Thursday nights leading up to the season starting

Training times vary depending on age group and coach availability

Games
U/11 play on Tuesday nights.
U/11 do not play in Finals, AFL Barwon usually arrange a round-robin the week after the last
game of the season.
Occasionally under 13 Friday night teams will require a fill in. Any top age under 11's are
welcome to fill in. This is usually done through requests to coaches and team managers on
WhatsApp.

Address: AFL Barwon set the fixture at multiple locations, but the main location Kardinia
Park
Game times: Will vary from 4.20pm onwards

This form also captures key information, including giving consent to the Club taking player
photos during the season, as well as advising the club of important medical information.
