Instructional Option Selection
Starting May 3 through the last day of school on May 21, parents of hybrid students will have a third option, Hybrid C, in which students would attend classes in person Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday with all safety and mitigation strategies in place. Wednesday would continue to be an asynchronous day in which students work online.

Instructions: The completion of this form is designed to determine the educational choice your student will have starting Monday, May 3, 2021. Please fill this out as accurately as possible to assist us in assuring that your student is placed properly.

A partir del día lunes 3 de mayo hasta el último día declases el 21 de mayo, los padres de estudiantes que atienden instrucción híbridatendrán una tercera opción, Hibrida C, en la que los estudiantes asistirán aclases en persona los lunes, martes, jueves y viernes con todas las estrategiasde seguridad y mitigación implementadas.
