This form is created by the Tapir Journal to facilitate our research on Brain Drain in Malaysia. The phenomenon is when educated individuals leave a country to seek opportunities elsewhere in the world. Malaysia has lost over 500,000 graduates and 2 million people over the last 4 decades.
