Summer Food Service Program Survey
This is a survey to determine if the De Soto School District will continue to offer FREE breakfast and lunch to all children 18 years and younger within the De Soto School District boundaries. Regardless of full, free or reduced status.  Families with children who are not our District students, but who reside in the district boundaries and who are 18 and younger may sign up for the FREE meal service.  THE MEAL SERVICE WILL OPERATE JUNE 8- JUNE 30, 2020 unless not enough families choose to participate. Please complete this survey by 3pm Monday, May 18, 2020.  

Families will be provided with 5 days of meals each week. Delivery and pick up of the meals will be on Monday,  Tuesday and Thursday only. On Monday families will receive meals for Monday. On Tuesday you will receive meals for Tuesday and Wednesday.  On Thursday you will receive meals for Thursday and Friday.
