Embryology 2022
York County Extension is excited to host our Embryology Unit in 2022! We are partnering with a local producer and Corteva Agriscience to provide this program free to local schools. This enrichment lasts approximately 21-25 days, with 3-4 visits (approximately 1 per week) from an Extension professional to teach about the embryology process and poultry industry. The highlight of the program includes youth being able to take part in the overall process with the chance of witnessing live chick hatching.

At this time, we have room for 5 incubators checked out at one time frame. In the following interest survey, we ask that you let us know school and time frame that your classroom is interested in participating. This will be set up as a first-come/first-serve basis.
