*CONTENT*
Our content team needs help! We are looking for great writers, editors and proofreaders who are excited about making content that really helps people. We are looking for people with super organization skills, who are nerds for grammar, and interested in picking up a wide range of new skills. You'll play an integral role in our content production team by attending meetings, contributing ideas, helping copyedit and working with our custom CMS. In addition, there will be opportunities to get your writing published in our Journal. Come join a highly talented team working in an exciting, mission-driven environment.

*ENGINEERING*
Our engineering team needs help! We are looking for a detailed-oriented and analytical mind to help us develop and run testing strategies (unit tests, integration tests, end-to-end tests) to make sure we are releasing high-quality experiences, and someone to help build beautiful user experiences by writing front-end and/or backend code (node.js, aws lambda, React-native.js).

*DATA SCIENCE*
Our operations AND engineering teams need help! We are looking for a detailed-oriented and analytical mind to help identify useful trends and provide us with relevant information to facilitate informed decisions. This role will use Amplitude to create/track/explore/analyze user behavior and business performance using custom dashboards; investigate data quality issues and work with engineers to correct problems; and answer important ad-hoc business questions with data analysis. You'll have high impact and use your data science skills to drive real world business decisions: extra points if you take the initiative to drive your own analyses which make us do things differently!

*GROWTH DESIGN*
Our growth team needs help! We are looking for a creative and detail oriented, go-get-em digital designer to help take our marketing to the next level. The work will include leading the creative direction and execution for a rapid design iteration process. If the development of branded social assets, newsletter headers, event promotion assets and more sounds like your cup of tea, then we’d love to hear from you. Let’s take the Coral brand to the next level with cohesive, high-level assets to support all of our marketing efforts.

*PRODUCT*
Our CEO needs product help! You'll study customers and the metrics reported through our analytics tool (Amplitude) to help understand the success of past efforts and inform future initiatives. You'll help prioritize experiments, distill functional requirements, interface with our designer, produce specifications and collaborate with the engineering team to ensure that we are delivering quality user experiences. You’ll participate in weekly sprint planning and manage tickets. Get real, hands on product experience at a startup that’s growing fast!

*CUSTOMER SUPPORT*
Our customer support team needs help! We are looking for a creative problem solver who loves turning frowns upside down with their strong written skills. Our ideal candidate is inquisitive, loves to dive deep in investigations and figure things out for themselves. They're also looking for concrete skills that can get them straight into a full time role at any one of thousands of companies as soon as they graduate (including, maybe, ours!). This position is at the intersection of tech and people... an exciting place to be!

Salary: $13/hr base
