2022 Alive At Five Volunteer Application

Position: Front Gate
*Duties: scanning tickets, putting on wristbands, directing attendees to proper lines.
*Time: 330pm-8pm
*Requirements: Standing is required for duration of shift, knowledge of troubleshooting an iPhone (used for ticket scanning)
*Must be 21+  and fully vaccinated to volunteer.
Proof to vaccination will be required prior to the start of the concert series.

To protect the public as well as our workers and volunteers,  we will be following the CDC, State, and local health department guidelines with regard to practices in order to reduce the spread of  COVID-19.
