RENTAL INFORMATION
What spaces do you plan to use? 
Please note that different rates apply depending on which spaces you will be using
Will you need to use A/V equipment for a screening or presentation? *
Please note that our projector only supports HDMI Display connection at this time. During your rental, you will have internet access through our wifi network. 
There are tables (8' and 6') and chairs (30) available to use. If you require them, please indicate how many you will need and rough layout.
How many people do you expect to attend?  *
(The microspace has a maximum sitting capacity of 35. We recommend 20-25 for a more comfortable fit)
Do you plan to serve food and drink? *
Please note, a cleaning fee ($25) will be applied to all rentals. Alcohol is not permitted.

After submitting this request form, you will be contacted within 2-3 business days via email to confirm your requested dates and verify details about your rental. 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Once details are confirmed, you will be sent an email with a full rental contract, information package, invoice and payment information. Please note, BEFORE your rental begins ALL RENTALS REQUIRE;
a) signed and completed rental contract
b) payment of the $150 DAMAGE DEPOSIT (returned to you after rental period ends, upon inspection of the space)
c) Full payment of rental fees
