The Live Your New Story Mentorship Program
Thank you for your interest in the Live Your New Story Mentorship Program. Scholarships are limited at this time, please take your time filling out this application and really consider the time commitment that is required of you to accomplish and achieve your goals. The intention of this scholarship is to empower, inspire, and get you into action towards your highest potential and dreams. My intention is to invest my warm energy, wisdom, and wealth of experiences to guide you on your own journey of success.

The Mentorship Experience includes: 
1) A 5 Week - Live Your New Story Training, where you'll gain the clarity, success mindset, and habits, to build out your dream week by week. This mentorship coaching program will go from April - May 2023. 

Time Commitment: At least 3 hours a week of focused work on your dream/project. 

This experience is for you if:
1) You have a creative idea that you would like to actualize (a business, a non-profit, a book, a dream project);
2) You value and prioritize SERVICE to others; 
3) You are a hard worker, high achiever, persistent, and disciplined; 
4) You are open to the unknown; 
5) You are open to being coached and challenged; and
6) You believe that positive change is possible. 

**As a scholarship recipient, you will be asked for feedback, as well as progress reports on your personal growth, breakthroughs, and impact. You will also be asked for a testimonial of your experience at the end of this year.**
