Die Fasilitering-Leergemeenskap vorm deel van VERSOEN - ' n leergemeenskap vir rasversoening, herstel en genesing in die NG Kerk.

Agtergrond:
Die fasilitering van prosesse van rasversoening vereis 'n verskeidenheid van kapsiteite en vaardighede, veral omdat kontekse en geleenthede van plek tot plek verskil. Daarom het ons 'n Fasiliterings-Leergemeenskap gevorm om te leer by 'n verskeidenheid van benaderings en kundigheid. 

Ons skep geleenthede om saam te leer by inisiatiewe wat reeds plaasvind. Hierdie netwerk help met voortdurende ondersteuning en vorming van mekaar. Sommige van ons het baie ervaring, en ander het nog slegs 'n belangstelling. Almal is welkom! 

Die Fasiliterings-Leergemeenskap vorm 'n netwerk wat met mekaar verbind is deur 'n WhatsApp-groep, en word gekoordineer deur 'n bestuurspan o.l.v Lidia Rauch.

The Facilitation Learning Community forms part of VERSOEN - a Dutch Reformed Church learning community for racial reconciliation, healing and repair.

Background:
Facilitating racial reconciliation processes requires a variety of capacities and skills, especially as contexts and processes differ from place to place. Therefore, we have formed a Facilitation Learning Community to learn from a variety of approaches and expertise.

We create opportunities to learn together by reflecting on initiatives that are already taking place. This network helps with ongoing support and formation of each other. Some of us have a lot of experience, and others come with only their willingness to learn. Everyone is welcome!

The Facilitation Learning Community forms a network that is interconnected by a WhatsApp group, and is coordinated by a management team led by Lidia Rauch.
