Akumakon 2024 Volunteer Application 
Hi there! Thank you for your interest in joining our Akumakon 2024 team. Every year we get loads of applications from all across Ireland from many great people that want to be part of making our amazing convention happen. However before you apply we ask that you be certain that you want to take part and that you will have the time to dedicate to the convention. 

Please note carefully that the convention will be running from the 9th-11th of February 2024

We don't want anyone to have to drop out short notice so please consider any obligations you might have e.g. work, assignments, personal commitments etc. before you apply.

We also know from experience that while working a convention is a great time and a provides great experience for running events it is also a lot of work and takes a lot of energy. Please be sure if you would prefer working the convention or simply attending it. We will do our best to accommodate you taking part in a competition or attending a panel but we cannot accommodate every request. We want all staff members to enjoy their weekend so if you don't want to miss events consider whether you want to work the convention or not.
