2023 RULES AND REGULATIONS
ELIGIBILITY

1. Vendors must be a restaurant, food cart, or caterer
2. Vendors' business must have Certificate of Insurance Liability
3. Vendors' must have a Kern County Health Permit
4. Vendors' menu items must be reflective of their standard (day-to-day) or catering menu


A VENDOR MAY BE DEEMED INELIGIBLE IF:

1. Vendor does not meet requirements listed above
2. Vendor is serving the same style of cuisine as several other Running with the Angels vendors (i.e. if two vendors serve pizza, a third may not be deemed beneficial for the event)
3. Vendor owes outstanding fees to Noel Alexandria Foundation
4. Vendor has had repeated violations from previous Running with the Angels or N.A.F. events

*Noel Alexandria Foundation, Running with the Angels. retains the sole right to determine eligibility and participation of vendors.

BOOTH SPACE:

-Single-10'x10', 

-Double space-10'x20',

-Vendor is permitted only one booth space location (single or double), no triple spaces

-Actual booth location/placement will be determined by the N.A.F. Running with the Angels committee. Previous vendor booth locations will be taken into consideration.

We do not require a fee to be a vendor but ask that you give a donation to help us with our efforts to help families affected by pregnancy & infant loss.
