2024 January Jaunt Car Rally Entry Form

This is the entry form for the January Jaunt navigational car rally on January 27, 2024. The rally is the first round of the 2024 Ontario Road Rally Championship. The second half is also the first SNATR of 2024.
If possible we'd like you to fill out this entry form before coming to the rally so we know who is coming. We've simplified the form so we only capture names and addresses. We are not asking for drivers licence, ownership or insurance information but you must complete the self declaration stating they are valid.
The entry fee is $50.00 for the rally ($40 if both driver and navigator are TAC members). You can send an Interac transfer to treasurer@torontoautosportclub.ca to submit your payment. Please include "January Jaunt" and the driver's name in the message for the payment. If you can't attend you will get a full refund.
