Rotary DE&I Action Steps to earn a citation
Adapted from materials received by Karen from the district:

The club is working to earn a District 7870 Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Citation. To achieve the citation, review the available action steps, select at least 13 total action items below the stated goals for the club to work on. When we reach our goals we will report our achievement to the District Governor. In return, the club will receive a certificate as well as DE&I pins for all members.

Achieving the goals may require actions or decisions that you or the club have not had to make before. Read through each one with an open mind and do further research into any that you don't quite understand (or contact Karen).

At Rotary we understand that cultivating a diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture is essential to realizing our vision of a world where people unite and take action to create lasting change.
