Qualifications
Camper must first be registered for a session of summer camp and pay the $100 non-refundable/non-transferable deposit by May 1, 2024 before this application can be reviewed. Applicants can request a Cale scholarship as needed per camper. The average scholarship given is $100. Additional funds may be requested as needed, but must provide detailed explanation of need. When applying online, registration must be complete and deposit paid by 11:59pm, May 1, 2024. All required online forms must be completed before a camper's scholarship form will be considered. If required fees cause a financial hardship, please contact your local church for assistance. Applications received after the May 1st deadline will only be reviewed if funds are still available. Incomplete applications will NOT be reviewed. Completion of the application does not guarantee scholarship.

Applications will be reviewed by Cale Staff. You will be emailed about the status of your application. If another group is contributing toward this camper's account, please make sure that these funds will be received by the Cale's office by May 24th, 2024. If acceptance of scholarship is not declared by May 24th, these funds will no longer be available to the camper. As parent/guardian of this camper, I have read this form completely and understand that scholarships are not guaranteed. I understand I must indicate acceptance of the scholarship offered by May 24th for these funds to be awarded to my camper's account and that I am responsible to pay any balance owed on this camper's account no later than May 24th, 2024. Scholarship funds are not transferable.
