Andreas Malm Guest Speaker on Climate History and Climate Justice Activism: 10/13, noon Pacific, zoom
The Stanford Environmental and Climate History Workshop (SECH) is delighted to co-host Andreas Malm on Thursday, October 13, noon Pacific on Zoom. Malm is a scholar of climate history, empire, and capitalism as well as an activist focused on issues of environmental and climate justice. Our conversation will focus on Malm's 2021 book How To Blow Up a Pipeline, which links climate history scholarship and the practice of climate justice activism.

RSVP below to receive zoom details on the event and to share questions that you'd like us to consider asking Malm. Please also share this form and event details with your networks and colleagues who might be interested. Email Paul Nauert (nauert@stanford.edu) for any questions you might related to the event.

Please noteĀ that we had to reschedule this event. If you were signed up for the 9/22 time, you don't need to RSVP again. We will send a reminder with zoom details and event format for the 10/13 to you in a few weeks.

Looking forward to the conversation!

We're grateful to the Department of History for funding SECH this year that supports events like this!
