課程安排
▮ 課程設定每月4堂，每月第一個星期開始。
▮ 課程於公眾假期休息，課堂將提前或順延一星期。
▮ 如須退出課程，請預早通知並安排完成作品。

缺席及補堂
▮ 如需請假請於課堂前2小時通知，方可獲安排補堂。
▮ 請假的課堂不可順延，並於當月其他時段補堂。
▮ 所有補堂必須在已繳學費之月份内進行。

惡劣天氣 / 特殊情況
▮ 課堂如因惡劣天氣或突發情況取消，取消課堂可於2個月內補堂。

作品領取
▮ 請於兩個月內領取已完成的作品，逾期將不能取回。

相片及其他媒體
▮ 於課堂、工作坊及活動上拍攝的照片及影片或會用作宣傳。如不同意請於報名時通知我們。

Schedule Arrangement
▮ Regular course is a set of 4 classes per month, starting in the first week of each month.
▮ Regular course is closed on public holidays, classes will be shifted to a week earlier or postponed.
▮ Please inform us in advance of withdrawal from our course, and arrange to complete the ceramic pieces.

Absences & Make-up Classes
▮ Please inform us 2 hours in advance for taking leave from the class, in order to be eligible for a make-up class.
▮ Class leave cannot be postponed, please arrange another supplementary within the enrolled month.
▮ All make-up classes must be taken within the paid months.

Typhoon & Rainstorm / Special Circumstances
▮ Make-up class will be arranged within 2 months for classes cancelled due to bad weather or emergency cause.

Art pieces Collection
▮ Art pieces not collected within two months from the date of completion will no longer be available for collection.

Photos and other media
▮ Photographs and videos taken during classes, workshops and events, showing your child and yourself, may be used for promotional purposes. Please let us know at the point of enrollment if not consent.
