Many Covid quarantined patients find it difficult to get healthy homemade food so you can lend your hands in this campaign to cook from your home for at least 1 member or deliver the food.
The actual procedure is that, a trusted delivery person will come and collect the food from you and will deliever to the family which is truly in need.
This is a form for people who are interested in volunteering for cooking. Kindly fill the details below.

GUIDELINES:
*As the Covid or quarantined patients find it so difficult to cook healthy homemade food, we are providing them. So let us make sure it is made with at most care and love. The food should be freshly cooked and given. The left over food should not be given.
*Make sure the food is healthy, hygienic and less spicy.
*Take responsibility for the food you make.
*Also make sure that you take care of your health.
NOTE: PLEASE DON'T REGISTER IF YOU ARE NOT WILLING TOO DO.
