Ulti's Commission Form
Thank you for showing an interest in commissioning me! This form is used to streamline the process across all my various art platforms, and make everything easier for all parties involved.

If you aren't messaged within a few days after submitting a form, it means that I was not able to, or choose to, go with your particular submission. It does not necessarily mean the idea won't work for a future submission, though, and you're more than welcome to message me and ask why/if an idea got chosen or not.

I try to be clear with public posts when I have selected all of my commissioners for a batch, so keep an eye on my Bluesky feed if you're antsy. You're always free to message and ask about things.

This form is technically always open, so you can submit to this ahead of formal slot openings. If you ARE submitting this ahead of a formal slot opening, be prepared to wait until approximately the 10th of each month before my next formal slot opening. This will include if you submit to my form a day or two AFTER I've chosen my slots for the month already. I tend to wait 2 to 3 days between when I formally announce slot openings and when I pick those slots, so whether you've submitted in advance or are submitting 5 minutes before I choose, you will always have a chance at being picked.

Active Patrons and Subscribers (users of Patreon and SubscribeStar) pledged $10 or more have a discount of 15% on a commission for up to $20 off maximum. This checkbox is mostly just to help me remember, since there have been times I forget to factor it into invoices.

Other terms:
I reserve the ability to refuse or refund a commission for any particular reason. I will not refund completed commissions.
You may request a refund for any particular reason, but it will be proportional to the amount of work I have already completed on the lines, colors, or shading. Again, I will not refund completed commissions.
Once a commission is posted, you may share it or repost it (with credit) to anywhere you'd like. You purchased the art, so it is yours to do with as you please.
Do not edit my work without direct permission.
Do not hound me for progress on commission work. It is okay to ask once or twice, but spamming me about it will lead to negative consequences for you.
Communication for commission work is not an excuse for us to talk about non-work-related conversation. I am providing a paid service and have a lot on my plate, so don't use messages as grounds to start up casual unrelated conversation, please.

Since they somewhat break the rules of the following questions, if you ARE seeking a comic, you won't need to answer the following questions exactly, as the character count and background content will obviously be different from an ordinary single image commission. Keep in mind that all comics would be flat-colored.

This doesn't guarantee there won't be a charge depending on what you ask for, but I won't ever add any surprise payment to an invoice if I determine myself that something will cost extra. There will always be discussion and a mutual agreement prior to payment. These boxes are mostly for convenience and for if your idea desires are obvious.

Do not just assume I have a reference available, unless a character belongs to me or was designed by me.
Even in cases where I have drawn a character before, it is more helpful and convenient to receive reference links again. DO NOT use discordapp links, they are unreliable and often do not work outside of Discord. Recommended methods to share images outside of dedicated galleries include (but are not limited to) Dropbox, Google Drive, DA sta.sh, and Imgur (for SFW material)

(This does not necessarily mean I will still post it publicly, since I may choose myself not to post all my commissions. However, this will let me know if YOU want it shared, or if I'll keep it private guaranteed.)
If your commission is not chosen for this batch, would you want to be added to a waitlist, for if I decide to do extra slots, or for being considered/notified in advance before an entirely new batch of commission slots is created? *
(Note that not being chosen for a commission does not automatically mean you will be added to the waitlist. I will message everybody who gets chosen for a slot, AND chosen to be waitlisted, so not receiving a response after I close my form each month will be your answer in that regard.)
