REQUIREMENTS

1. You must have an existing order from gooddogpeople.com
2. Your order took more than 3 working days, Mon-Fri excluding Public Holiday to deliver if you have selected EVENING shipping option (6-10pm)
3. Your order took more than 4 working days, Mon-Fri excluding Public Holiday if you have selected DAY shipping option (9am-6pm)
4. You understand that On-Time Guarantee Claim does not apply to peak sales seasons, e.g. Pet Expo, Lunar New Year, Christmas holidays, etc which your consent for delivery time extension will be given upon submission of order
5. You understand that all orders are processed at 9am from Mon-Fri excluding Public Holidays. For example, if your order is placed later than Mon 9am, it will be processed on Tue 9am and delivered by end of Thu (3 working days for evening shipping) or Fri (4 working days for day shipping)

* On-Time Guarantee will be honoured and a $5 voucher will be issued as a gift card in 5 working days

IF REQUIREMENTS NOT MET

** The claim will not be approved. We may also decline if we consider the claim to be unreasonable, e.g. providing false information, manipulation of information, etc
