Thank you for registering for Shiitakepalooza 2023! There are limited spaces in the workshop so we can ensure a safe and high-quality learning experience. In this workshop you will learn how to cultivate log-grown shiitake at a home and small business scale. The workshop will cover preferred tree species, spawn types, inoculation tools and technique, and ideal growing environments. A $25 workshop fee per person includes the hands-on workshop, lunch, and a shiitake-inoculated log to take home. Additional shiitake inoculated logs will be available for $20.
