VIRTUAL BACK STAGE TOURS
Information for registered Scout and Guide Leaders

Virtual Backstage Tours are available before each matinee show for all Scout and Guide members accompanied by a registered leader as part of their section programme with purchased tickets.

Tours start at 12.30pm on Saturday's
and 1.30pm on Sunday.

All tour participants will be offered an experience to head to the stage and see what goes on behind the scenes for Hornsby Gang Show cast.  
All participants will be provided with a sausage sandwich and drink.
Sausages are gluten free (bring your own bread if you need gluten free bread) and are cooked in a nut free environment.

Other dietary requirements can usually be accommodated – please contact us when you book to see if we can help you.
The numbers you supply govern our catering arrangements, so please make sure that they are accurate.

Adults who attend to assist the leader must have a current Working with Children Check Number or "Scout Form M5 (Volunteer Declaration)" completed, as the tour goes past restricted areas such as dressing rooms.
It is the leader's responsibility to ensure that these have been completed.

Once we receive your request our volunteers will assign a Tour Leader and a departure time and a confirmation email will be sent to you confirming these details.

** Leaders attending in uniform with Scout/Guide youth members pay Child prices - I understand that it is my responsibility to ensure that all adults attending the Backstage Tour have Prohibited Employment Declarations (PEDs) completed and signed.
