Dnn Platform v9.4.0-RC0 Testing

This is our first release candidate for the v9.4.0 release. If you can spare any time and run through your normal usage or install a couple of the extensions and skins you utilize on your websites. If you have a staging environment, run a test upgrade and run your usual round of tests. If you find any issues at all, please create an issue on the Dnn: Platform Github repository.
