Kumu will collect the following personal information of its campaign participants and their selected representatives:

a) Username
b) Full name
c) Email address
d) Phone number
e) Recipient name
f) Recipient address
g) Recipient mobile number
h) Alternate mobile number

The purpose of collection and processing of these information is for:

a) Sharing of information to third party (partners and its contractors) for prize delivery
b) Establishing, exercising and defending legal claims
c) Fulfill its legal obligations and comply with regulations

The collection and processing of information is necessary in the performance of the Campaign: Parcinq Magazine: Cover Superstar

To execute this campaign and distribute any prizes, which will be carried out by a third party, sharing of this information obtained from the participants will be necessary.

This information will be shared with Kumu's business partner/s who will be sending out the prizes. Kumu will provide the name of the third party upon request.

Information collected will be stored in this system for 20 days after collection. The Company will need to retain the information provided to resolve disputes or legal claims should there be any that may arise.

Once the retention period elapses, all data will be destroyed unless there is a legal requirement to retain it.

All technical and organizational measures are taken to ensure protection of data and the rights of the data subjects (participants and their representatives).

d) right to data portability
e) right to erasure
f) right to lodge a complaint with NPD
