Our Annual Festival of Marching Event is approaching (in just 2 weeks!) and we are in need of all the helping hands we can get.

The EHS Marching Band will be hosting 8-9 different highschool marching bands from across NJ on this day and we would like this day to run as smooth as possible; so any and all helping hands we can have on this grand day would be greatly appreciated.

Vendor (Soliciting from local businesses to attend show and sell merchandise; selling program ad space, solicit food donations from local business

Trophy (Soliciting trophy sponsorship from local businesses)

Food Donations (Unable to attend/work at the event but would like to assist with set-up, clean up or FOOD DONATION)

Candy Donations (for Candy GRAMS)

Admissions (work at booth, check for stamped hands for permit Entry, sell Programs)

Runners (for candy/air grams, judges meals, etc)

50/50 Sales (walk around selling tickets for 50/50 raffle)

Spirit Wear (assisting with set-up, selling of EHS Band merchandise, clean up)

Parking Committee (assisting with guiding parking traffic for highschool buses and trucks)

Coolers (to lend or donate to band)

Tents (to lend or donate to band)
