You are invited to participate in the 15th annual WCHM Canoe & Wooden Boat Show, to be held in conjunction with Wisconsin Canoe Heritage Day on Saturday May 25, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM outside of the Wisconsin Canoe Heritage Museum at 312 N Front St in Spooner WI. We invite you to display your:

• Canoes and canoe related items of all types, classic and modern.
• Wooden boats of all shapes, sizes, and designs.
• Classic and vintage water and paddling related items of interest.

Exhibitors can include individuals, commercial entities, non-profits, authors, government agencies, educators, crafters, and businesses whose products or services are relevant to boaters and wooden boats and canoes. New exhibitor applications are reviewed by the Show Committee and usually notified within a week. Exhibitor Fees & Policies
• Exhibit Fee: FREE for private, commercial, or non-profit exhibitors.
• Spaces are 10’x10’. If your exhibit is on a trailer you may be able to leave it on the trailer, but vehicles will be parked elsewhere nearby and not in your exhibit space.
• All Exhibitors must apply for exhibitor space using this form and must request the number of 10’x10’ spaces they require for their exhibit items. Form must be signed and exhibitor policies agreed to.
• All Exhibitors must have their application approved and accepted by our Show Committee prior to exhibiting. Exhibitors will usually be notified within one week. Of application receipt.

Exhibitor releases WCHM, its contractors and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, and members, and each of them, from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses relating to or arising out of any injury to any personnel of exhibitor or to any other person or any loss of or damage to any property of exhibitor or any other property where such injury, loss, or damage is incident to, arises out of, or is in any way related to exhibitor’s participation in the event, and the exhibitor shall be responsible for any such injury, loss, or damage, and any expenses relating thereto. WCHM shall have no liability to Exhibitor whatsoever for any matter or thing resulting from acts of God, (including, without limitation, fire, flood, earthquakes, hurricanes and tornadoes) or other events beyond the parties control,(including, without limitation, war, government regulation, disaster, strikes, civil disorder, curtailment of transportation facilities, or infectious disease). *
